How can install my Siemens 4200 speed stream without a install disc?

Jerry asked: recently my son broke my modem so my wife bought one from ebay but it wasnt the same one and i want know how can i install it without an install disc. ive heard that you could use a driver and you could download it from siemens but i dont know what it is.

Does the modem (mine is a Sagem f@st 800) have to be connected to the router (mine is netgear) to go wireless.
